For us, property management is about much more than collecting rent and dealing with maintenance. We provide a hands-on service designed to make owning a property as straightforward as possible for our landlords, from finding and managing tenants through to handling the day-to-day running of their investment.

We understand that every property and landlord is different, which is why we take a personal approach rather than a one-size-fits-all service.

With significant changes coming into the rental sector, including the Renters’ Rights Act, having an experienced property management team on hand to guide landlords through new requirements is becoming increasingly important.

Being based in Ancoats, and having spent over a decade developing, managing and operating property in Manchester, gives our team a genuine understanding of the local market.
We manage properties across Manchester including Ancoats, the Northern Quarter, New Islington, Manchester City Centre, Salford, and Greater Manchester surrounding areas, with our portfolio continuing to grow.
Our experience isn’t limited to managing properties. We have developed residential and commercial property ourselves, giving us first-hand insight into what it takes to maintain a property, manage tenants effectively and protect the long-term value of an investment.
