ARLA Propertymark protection

We are members of ARLA Propertymark which means we meet higher industry standards than the law demands. Property Redress Scheme (PRS)

All property agents and professionals that carry out estate, lettings and property management work in the property industry have a legal responsibility to join an authorised redress scheme. The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) is authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agent Team (NTSEALT) to provide redress for estate, lettings and property management agents.

By joining the Property Redress Scheme, Northern Group agree to resolve complaints using the PRS resolution process and agree to abide with their final decision when legally required to do so.

The Deposit Protection Scheme

All deposits received and held by Northern Group for Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) are registered and secured with The Deposit Protection Service (a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme).

Manchester City Council Approved Licensed Agent

Northern Group has been approved as a licensed agent and property management company for the Miles Platting area by the Licensed Agent Monitoring Panel (LAMP) and Manchester City Council.
