One agreement covers it all and you can be in within days if you need. All your utilities; electricity, water, heating and temperature control are included, so there are no additional bills to deal with or extra cost to be incurred. We can also provide furniture, IT and telephones should you need them.


Our architects have carefully considered both the visual design of Jactin House and how the spaces function. We believe that if you spend the majority of your time here, the environment needs to be stimulating and optimised for you and your team, while creating the right impression for your clients.


We are committed to our environmental responsibilities wherever possible. Sensor activated low energy lighting and heat recovery units have been installed. On site bike storage and showers are provided to encourage greener transport, and waste collections are source separated for recycling.

The building has 24 hour access. Reception & switchboard is staffed Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:15 hrs.

Postal services

Franking is charged at cost plus 20% (to cover collection and franking expenses). Mail should be received by 15:00hrs for franking and same day posting.

Two keys and two fobs are supplied per office. Additional or replacement keys and/or fobs £40.
