The asking rent does not include letting fees. Depending on the circumstances and the property you select, northerngroup may also apply the following upfront fees:

commercial property

• One applicant (person or company)  - £240.00 inclusive of VAT
• Additional applicants (per person) - £60.00 inclusive of VAT
• Guarantor application fee - £60.00 inclusive of VAT

• Please refer to your lease / licence

Application fees enable northerngroup to carry out the following:

• Negotiate terms of contract
• Obtain photo ID
• Obtain proof of address
• Conduct a comprehensive credit reference
• Banking and admin costs for receipt of funds
• General liaison between Landlord and Tenants
