Application Processes for a Residential Property   

  1. Arrange a viewing by completing the web enquiry form, specifying property that you are interested in or alternatively contact the residential team directly on:

  2. A member of our residential property team will arrange and conduct a viewing.
  3. If the property meets your search criteria you will be required to pay a (non refundable) administration fee to secure the property and carry out the necessary credit / reference checks. Each person residing at the property will be requested to complete a Residential Tenancy Application Form.
  4. A credit check will then be carried out on you using the details supplied on your application form. You may be requested to provide supplementary information depending on the outcome of the various checks. Once all information has been received and processed, you will be contacted by the residential team and advised of the outcome. Providing your application is successful, a move in date will be confirmed with you.
  5. Prior to move in, Contracts (AST agreements) are drawn up and signed together with standing order mandates.
    The agreed tenancy deposit and with the first month's rent will be required together with a suitable form of identification (copy of passport, driving licence or other suitable form of photo identification).
  6. One of our team will meet you at the property to complete a formal 'check in' report and hand over keys

Please note that ALL rents are paid in advance on the 1st of the month and a charge will be levied on all late payments.
Deposits are held in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme not with the Landlord - see the DPS information page for further information.

  2. A member of our commercial property team will arrange and conduct a viewing.
  3. If the property meets your criteria you will be required to pay a (non refundable) administration fee to secure the property and carry out the necessary credit / reference checks. You will be required to complete a Commecrial Tenancy Application Form.
  4. A credit check will then be carried out on you and / or your company using the details supplied on your application form. You may be requested to provide supplementary information depending on the outcome of the various checks. Once all information has been received and processed, you will be contacted by the commercial team and advised of the outcome. Providing your application is successful, a move in date will be confirmed with you.
  5. Prior to move in, Leases are drawn up and signed together with standing order mandates.
